Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before Noon EST ship the same day. Orders after Noon EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Currently, we provide free standard shipping on new orders.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Use that number to track via the carrier’s website.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim.
